Valentine’s Day called as Lover’s Day was a very special event in Kolkata. The show included various designers showcasing their stuff.
Rock on!!!’s Joe Mascarehans Arjun Rampal was happy to follow suit on Valentine’s Eve in Kolkata at Roxy during a fashion show.
After the showstopper act got over; it was time to put on a different act. Arjun was brought back on popular demands. He said, “Anyone willing to be my valentine? I’ll give you my heart to someone who cheers the loudest.”
Everyone was on top of their voice, the fair lot screamed their lungs off, but it was ‘Gul’ who turned out to be the lady luck’s favourite.
It was true ‘Filmi Ishtyle’ Arjun lifted Gul in his arms and helped her on to the ramp. With real sheer and romanticism almost coming alive on stage; jaws dropped and the audience didn’t know hoe to react. Gul was of course, was left blushing beetroot red.
Arjun says, “I have my Valentine back home. Its bit sad without her. But, just because I am fond of this city. Its good for me to be here this evening. Kolkata is a very rocking place.”
Interestingly, earlier in the evening, when the emcee went up to those seated in the side rows, Gul confirm, my dream is to meet Arjun Rampal. Well that’s what you call wish fulfillment!!!!
Whereas, for the music loving party goers ‘Tantra in Park’ brings bollywood remixes by DJ NYK.
‘The Five Rivers’ restaurant at Mani Square mall offered ‘Love’ to all ‘Lovers’. There was the special design and location for the party. The carefully crafted recipes had been designed from the ‘Kamasutra’, it was a tingling treat for the taste buds.
At ‘Nicco Park’ after celebration with DJ Ravi, ball dancing session, dance performances, fashion show, rock show, a candle light dinner and a love affair. It was a memorable night for lovers.
Venom at Fort Knox lured the new age couple to their Valentine’s Day party with the theme ‘Original Sin’. The party was all about indulgence as couples were given chocolates and CD’s.
There was also a quite evening for the couples. The ‘Hub’ at the ‘Taj Bengal’ offered unlimited bubbly and candle lit ambience.
‘Plush, The Astor’ organized a romantic evening with a welcome drink, rose, Italian dinner, bottle of sparkling wine. It was a high-end event with all crème layer of the city.
