Everybody longs for happiness. While doing so, people go after some pleasures. Here, the real problem is inability to distinguish what really lasts longer and what disappears like a water drop on the frying pan.
If we understand closely, persons, events and things bring us happiness. Whenever we come into contact with these three categories, there will be some short term happiness. But soon we recognise that is short lived and we know the long-term happiness or sustainable happiness if totally different and we cannot get it through the above categories.
Then what exactly is sustainable happiness and how to be in that state always. In a nutshell, we can say that does not depend on any external factor, possessions or your ability to purchase, etc.
