You must have hardly noticed Mandira Bedi turning up for an event or function looking low and badly dressed. She is one of those ladies of the entertainment industry who can look stunning in everything she wears.
She is blessed with a pretty face and always manages to dress impeccably.
We were curious to know how the lady manages to look so good every time and what her favourite shopping destinations are. Madira says that she is a big shopaholic and can shop whenever and wherever she finds interesting things!
Wherever she travels she makes sure that she carries an extra bag with her luggage so that she can accommodate her new possessions. She says, "I am a very serious shopper and I make sure that whenever I have a day off I spend I use it for shopping." It is said that retail therapy is good for women and it's really true. Mandira has a big collection of clothes, bags, shoes and watches and she loves keep adding more to her wardrobe. She just can't get enough of all these things.
Whenever she goes for shopping she ends up buying things that she doesn't need really and this is the fact that she likes more about her shopping habit .She says, "Whatever I end up buying is unexpected and a bonus for me. I am an impulsive buyer and I never go on shopping with a list in my mind because if I don't find things accordingly I will be disappointed."
Talking about her favourite shopping destinations she says, "In India I simple love shopping in Delhi for Indian clothes and sarees, while Rajasthan is my favourite when it comes to jewellery. Internationally I love shopping in New York and London."
Mandira loves adding sarees to her collection and she is known for her brilliant saree collection. She was the one who made noodle-strap blouses and back-less cholis famous.
Last year she was at New York for some assignment and could only manage to get a day off for shopping. She made the most of it and bought shoes, boots, wine glasses, tees and shirts for her husband and brother, work-out gear and many such things that entice her.
