MCA President Vilasrao Deshmukh said, "If rules are violated, action will be taken. It does not depend on who the individual is. It is a message to everyone, whosoever he or she may be, that stern action will be taken if there is any misbehaviour."
As seen in the pictures and videos, King Khan appears in a very livid mood and is seen abusing the guards, police officers and everyone who came his way. According to him, the security guard pushed his kids and their friends, and when he intervened, the guard used cuss words that resulted in the fight.
At the press conference that he addressed at his residence, Mannat, he made it clear that he was not wrong, his actions were correct and that the officials, BCCI, MCA should apologise to him for their rude behaviour. Said he, “I just don't think that my behaviour was incorrect or I did something illegal. I think what I did was correct. They are my kids and I have a responsibility towards them. I will not apologise. They should apologise to me." However, many are of the view that if his kids were manhandled, there were different ways that he could have dealt with it. Shahrukh Khan was allegedly drunk and used very foul language.
Though Shahrukh is not new to open fights and brawls, with this one he seemed to have crossed the limit and even lost many fans in turn. This now-famous spat has been getting mixed reactions with Shahrukh's friends and well wishers, justifying him, and many have been showing their supports via social networking sites. There are many of his close friends who are of the opinion that the media has been blowing the issue out of proportion and that Shahrukh was right and whatever he did was to protect the kids.
Shobhaa De, who is known speak her mind, was quoted, "Had he expressed regret and apologised for his aggressive, abusive behaviour (regardless of the provocation), he would have earned a few brownie points instead of alienating fans. Someone should've advised him better. He cut a sorry figure. He was a far cry from the old Shahrukh, who was always on the top of his game."

Shahrukh Khan, who owns Kolkata Knight Riders, was on cloud nine after his team won the match at Wankhede Stadium, Mumbai and decided to enter the grounds and celebrate. But alas, things took a wrong turn and the results is that the King Khan has been banned to enter the stadium for the next five years.
