Six Steps To Enjoy Passionate Sex

   By: , Feme Fashions Bureau | 12 Mar 2010

Here is the step by step guide to enjoy passionate sex. A recently published book titled, "A Tired Woman's Guide to Passionate Sex" narrates a methodical solution.

In an interview to Feme Fashions, Author Laurie Minz, Associate Professor at the University of Missouri and Licensed Psychologist at Center for Family and Individual Counseling, explains the concept.

Laurie Minz Says, "Five T's and a Bit of Spice are the six steps. These are:  Thoughts, Talk, Time, Touch, Spice, and Trysts."

In the Thoughts step, women learn that their most important sex organ is located between their ears!  They then learn to use this organ (their mind) to rev up their libido by thinking sexy thoughts throughout the day.  Importantly, because distracting thoughts during sex (e.g., things to do) are a cause of diminished sexual desire and enjoyment, readers also learn to turn off their thoughts, and focus on physical sensations, during sex.  In short, in this step, readers learn to think about sex when they are not having it and to turn off their busy brains when they are!

In the Talk step, women learn that communication is the bedrock to make their bed rock!  Readers are taught communication techniques to help them effectively express their general and sexual desires to their partners. They also learn ways to communicate that will spice up their sex life, both in and outside of the bedroom.

In the Touch step, women learn that they can't go from an ice cube to boiling water!  Readers learn that they need sexual and affectionate touch to warm them up, and are taught a variety of effective touching exercises to jump start their sex drive.

In the Time step, women learn that time spent with one's partner and time spent taking care of oneself are both critical to regaining one's sex drive. While acknowledging women's demanding lives, readers are provided with self-care and relationship-care activities.

In the Spice step, women learn that they may not be too tired for sex, but may be tired of the sex they are having.  Readers are given a variety of suggestions to enliven their sex lives.

In the Tryst step, women learn that spontaneous sex is a myth.  They are shown the titillating effects of having a Tryst (a planned meeting of lovers) with their partners, and are provided with an array of Trysts to experiment with.
