Full of peppy designs and bright hues, combining the best of the colourful East and the chic and elegant West, Carina Advani is once again ready with a whole new set of clutch bags for the trendy ladies.
A certified stylist and fashion consultant, the young bag designer perfectly comprehends the Indian style palate and for her upcoming exhibition, has designed a set of cocktail clutches, and a few fancy, ethnic, jeweled ones keeping the wedding season in mind.
"Apart from cocktail clutches, I have experimented a lot this time, especially with stuff like two-tones, tie-and-dye, bandhani, brocades etc," informs Carina, adding that the fusion this time is perfect, as the designs appear Western, but the materials and fabrics appear true Indian.
The Shopoholix Exhibition happening on September 4, 2010, from 10am to 7pm, at Taj President Hotel, Cuffe Parade in Mumbai, will be a one-stop-shop for trendy fashion accessories.
"Whether you like the hardcore Indian glitter and glam with brocades and shimmer, or you prefer faux leather, trendy and elegant clutches, this showcase of mine has something for everyone and for every occasion!" smiles Carina.
