Accessories can spruce up your style in no time and they need not be all exquisite and complex! Some very basic accessories can come handy when you wish to look chic

Fashionistas know well how important accessories are to make a style statement complete, be it for any occasion – formal or informal. But each time one cannot really afford to go for a new and expensive accessory. This is when some popular fashion accessories come in handy. This stuff is so basic that most of us already have at least one; and for those who don’t… it can be picked from anywhere – a flea market or a designer store – depending on your pocket.
Clutch Purses:
Make sure you have at least the basic black clutch that goes well with almost any outfit. It need not be a classy leather one…any plain clutch would do; and if your wallet permits, you can even go for other basic colours like silver, gold, maroon etc., depending on your outfit and occasion.
Cocktail Rings:
All you bling lovers…cocktail rings need not always be diamonds and pearls and emeralds, you can have any flashy ring as well; just make sure it isn’t too tacky or very colourful. A few of such rings available easily with local boutiques and designers would help you dress up for your evening parties with colleagues or tea/cocktail parties with friends.
Bracelets:
Bracelets form an inseparable part of your accessory drawer. Either a single flashy chain around the wrist or ones with stones or motifs or colours, either made of expensive gold and silver or plain metal…bracelets can make your arm look pretty anytime. Young girls even go for colourful plastic ones to go with their casual college wear. A variety of bracelets in your dresser can come handy when you don’t know how to add the pep to your overall style.
Trendy Watches:
The ones with sophisticated leather straps or bracelet like chains, those with a trendy colourful dial or one with crystals studded onto it, those changeable straps or shiny metal straps…the variety is unimaginable…wrist watches are an absolute necessity more than the style. Girls, do have at least two or three trendy watches to complete your look for any event.
Belts:
Leather ones look formal others look casual and trendy, but belts are a must in your wardrobe, especially if you are someone who prefers western wear over anything else. There are like a million varieties available…thin ones, broad ones, ones with stones, coins, attractive weaves and buckles and what not! Every trendy girl should have at least a couple of belts to get a chic look with their trousers and shirt, jeans and tees and even with skirts.
Sunglasses:
Now these might cost a fortune if you go for quality, but trust us…when it comes to being up-to-date and caring for the health of your eyes, do not compromise! Plus, you need not have like a dozen sunglasses! Have a basic pair, the kind of your choice and you are set to rock and grab some jealous eyeballs.
Handbags:
Yeah you do need a clutch purse handy, but you also need one of those big handbags that appear so stylish that you want to carry them everywhere you go! Get at least one from wherever suits you…a branded store or the flea market…but get one. Believe us, you will carry it everywhere – shopping, tea parties, outing with friends, a stroll in the park, college, work…anywhere! Handbags look incredibly stylish and are most convenient too; just make sure that you get one of the latest ones as handbag patterns keep changing.
